By accessing and using Skubl ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Skubl provides an AI-powered e-commerce generation platform that allows users to create storefronts, generate designs, and connect with third-party suppliers (e.g., Supliful).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the platform to sell illegal, prohibited, or restricted items.

4. Platform Fees

Skubl charges a monthly subscription fee and a transaction fee on sales processed through stores created on our platform. Fees are billed automatically via Stripe.

5. Limitation of Liability

Skubl is an infrastructure provider. We are not the manufacturer of goods sold. We are not liable for product quality, shipping delays, or health claims made by users.
