Last updated: February 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skubl platform operated by Skubl Ltd (“Skubl”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Skubl is a marketing intelligence platform that helps businesses centralise, analyse, and act on marketing data. The platform provides data connectors, dashboards, reporting, alerting, and export capabilities. Skubl integrates with third-party platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others) via OAuth to retrieve marketing performance data on your behalf.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use Skubl
- One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party platforms to Skubl:
- You authorise Skubl to access data from those platforms using the permissions (OAuth scopes) you grant
- You represent that you have the authority to grant this access
- Skubl accesses data in read-only mode — we do not modify, delete, or post content to your connected accounts
- You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration within Skubl or revoking permissions in the third-party platform’s settings
- Skubl is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, rate limits, or data availability imposed by those platforms
4. Your Data
- Ownership: You retain all rights to your data. Skubl does not claim ownership of data you create or import into the platform
- Licence: You grant Skubl a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service
- Export: You can export your data at any time via the platform’s export features (CSV, API, warehouse destinations)
- Deletion: You can delete individual projects, integrations, or your entire account. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Skubl for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Attempt to access other users’ data or accounts

- Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe
- Usage-based charges (FlexPoints) are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
- Refunds for annual plans are available within the first 14 days of purchase
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Skubl in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on data displayed in the platform
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skubl, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
11. Termination
- You may close your account at any time from your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable
