Skubl is a predictive customer intelligence platform. To deliver intelligent analysis, forecasting, and natural-language insights, Skubl integrates with third-party artificial intelligence services. This page explains which AI services we use, what data is shared with them, and how we use AI-generated output within the platform.

AI Services We Use

Primary AI Provider

Anthropic — Claude API

Skubl uses Anthropic’s Claude API as its primary AI service. Claude powers the following features within the Skubl platform:

Intelligence Agent — a conversational interface that answers questions about your customers, campaigns, and marketing performance using your connected data
Customer Predictions — structured forecasts of customer lifetime value, churn probability, next purchase timing, and recommended actions, generated from your order history
Portfolio Forecasts — segment-level revenue projections and degradation risk assessments
Intelligence Feed — natural-language insight summaries surfaced across the dashboard
Daily Brief — proactive daily summaries of your marketing and customer data anomalies

What Data Is Sent to AI Services

When you use AI-powered features in Skubl, we send a subset of your connected data to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate insights and predictions. The following table describes what is and is not sent:

Customer names, phone numbers, addresses	No	PII beyond email is never included in AI prompts

Google Search Console raw query data	No	GSC data is used for reporting only, not sent to AI

Important: Skubl does not use your data to train AI models. Data sent to Anthropic’s Claude API is used solely to generate responses to your queries and predictions for your connected project. How AI Output Is Used

AI-generated content within Skubl is used exclusively to:

Display insights, forecasts, and recommendations within your Skubl dashboard
Power conversational answers in the Intelligence Agent
Generate the daily intelligence brief surfaced in the notification system

AI-generated output is never used to make automated decisions about third parties, shared with other Skubl customers, or used to retrain AI models.

AI and Your Google Integration Data

Skubl connects to Google services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads) via OAuth. Data received from Google APIs is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Google data and AI: Skubl’s Intelligence Agent may retrieve and summarise data from your connected Google integrations when you explicitly ask it to (e.g. “show me my Google Ads ROAS”). In this case, aggregated metrics (spend, revenue, conversions) are included in the prompt sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. Raw Google Search Console query-level data is not sent to any AI service. This use is consistent with Google’s Limited Use requirements — Google data is only used to provide the features you see in the platform.

User Control

You have full control over AI feature usage:

AI-powered predictions are generated on demand — they are not run automatically without user initiation
You can disconnect any integration at any time from Dashboard → Connect, which stops that data from being included in any AI queries
You can delete your project and all associated data from Dashboard → Settings
